Organizational Development
This is the process of improving organizations by helping to execute a change that is carefully planned and implemented to benefit the organization.
Strategic Planning:
A methodical process of envisioning the desired future of an organization or group, and translating the vision into broadly defined goals or objectives and a sequence of stepsto achieve them. the process involves:

Typically, design is approached as an internal change under the guidance of an external facilitator. managers and members work together to define the need of the organization then create systems to meet those needs most effectively. The facilitator assures that a systematic process is followed and encourages creative thinking.
